Kerala Tour offers backwater cruises, hill stations, lush tea gardens, the vibrant local culture, and the festivals of Kerala, ensuring tourists a truly serene and royal experience. Houseboat cruises have been a traditional experience since ancient times, when waterways were the primary mode of transportation and communication. Tourists can still enjoy the same tranquil backwater experience in Alleppey or Kumarakom, where special cultural performances and traditional Kathakali shows are also organised by the Kerala tourism department for the entertainment of visitors in the evening.

Day 1 | Arrive Kochi
You will be received by our representative at the Kochi airport and transferred to the hotel. After breakfast, your guided tour will take you to explore the treasures of Kochi City, including Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Palace, and the famous Chinese Fishing Nets.

Day 2 | Kochi – Munnar
After breakfast, drive to Munnar, a beautiful hill station known for its tea gardens and misty mountains. Check in to the hotel. Later, visit the Tea Museum and explore the scenic surroundings.

Day 3 | Munnar Sightseeing
Today, enjoy a full day sightseeing of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, and the picturesque Top Station for panoramic views of the Western Ghats.

Day 4 | Munnar – Thekkady
After breakfast, depart for Thekkady, famous for its wildlife sanctuary. Check in at the hotel. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Kathakali or Kalaripayattu performance.

Day 5 | Thekkady Sightseeing
Today, enjoy a boat ride in Periyar Lake to spot wildlife including elephants and various birds. Later, visit spice plantations and learn about Kerala’s rich spice heritage.

Day 6 | Thekkady – Kumarakom
After breakfast, drive to Kumarakom, a serene backwater destination. Check in at a backwater resort or houseboat. Enjoy a relaxed evening amidst the tranquil waters of Vembanad Lake.

Day 7 | Kumarakom – Alleppey
Today morning, after breakfast, embark on a houseboat cruise through the scenic backwaters of Alleppey. Enjoy Kerala cuisine on board while gliding through lush paddy fields and quaint villages. Overnight stay on the houseboat.

Day 8 | Alleppey – Kovalam
After breakfast, drive to Kovalam, Kerala’s famous beach destination. Check in at the hotel. Spend the evening relaxing on the golden sands of Lighthouse Beach.

Day 9 | Kovalam Sightseeing
Today, after breakfast, visit the iconic Lighthouse, Samudra Beach, and enjoy water activities. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Ayurvedic massage.

Day 10 | Kovalam – Kanyakumari (Optional Day Trip)
After breakfast, you may take a day trip to Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial and the Thiruvalluvar Statue. Return to Kovalam in the evening.

Day 11 | Kovalam – Trivandrum
After breakfast, drive to Trivandrum. Visit the famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum, and Zoological Park. Check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 12 | Trivandrum – Varkala
After breakfast, depart for Varkala, a cliff-side coastal town. Enjoy the serene beaches, Papanasam cliff, and sunset views. Overnight stay at the beach resort.

Day 13 | Varkala – Alleppey Backwaters (Optional)
After breakfast, enjoy another day of backwater exploration or relax at the beach. You can choose to stay in a houseboat or resort.

Day 14 | Varkala – Kochi
After breakfast, drive back to Kochi. Check in at the hotel and enjoy shopping and leisure time in the city. Evening visit to local markets or cultural programs.

Day 15 | Depart Kochi
After breakfast, transfer to Kochi airport for your onward journey.
